Jasper Man Free To Go After Violation of Order of Protection
Lynn Robert Patty III was charged with violating an Order of Protection on November 30, 2019 – later released on his own recognizance and Free to Go without having to pay bond. Patty had previously served one year in county jail and 1 year probation which he completed on November 14, 2019.
On December 1, 2019, Patty was charged again violation an Order of Protection.
Patty’s release in November is yet another example of the thousands of unaccountable releases taking place in Missouri due to relaxed court rules by the Missouri Supreme Court that were implemented in July of 2019.
