Christina M. Willard, was arrested and charged with attempted theft after police respond to 911 caller for a report of a male and female acting suspiciously.

Despite currently being on 2 years probation for theft beginning in February of 2019, Willard was released on a summons and FREE TO GO thanks to new relaxed court rules issued by the Missouri Supreme Court that went into effect July 1, 2019.

The release is yet another example of the thousands of unaccountable releases taking place in Missouri due to relaxed court rules by the Missouri Supreme Court that were implemented in July of 2019.
